1. Who we are
YouReport IT B.V. ("YouReport IT", "we") is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy. Contact: info@youreport-it.nl.
2. What data do we process?
To deliver our service we process: (a) account data of your admins (name, email, role), (b) tenant metadata from your Microsoft 365 environment (users, groups, licenses, policies, sign-in logs), and (c) usage data of our platform.
3. What do we use this data for?
Solely to deliver the YouReport IT service: tenant analysis, reporting, remediations, and support. We do not use your data for marketing, AI model training, or resale.
4. Where is your data stored?
All data is stored within the European Union, specifically in Germany. No transfer takes place outside the EU. Our sub-processors are available via our Data Processing Agreement.
5. How long do we keep your data?
By default we keep scan history for 12 months to enable trends and reporting. You can adjust this retention yourself. On termination of the agreement all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict and port your data. Contact us via info@youreport-it.nl. You also have the right to file a complaint with the data protection authority.
7. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption-at-rest (AES-256), encryption-in-transit (TLS 1.2+), least-privilege access policies, and periodic reviews.
8. Cookies
Our website uses only functional cookies required for the site to work (language, theme). No tracking, no advertising.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. Material changes are communicated to our clients in advance by email.
