Terms of Service

1. Definitions
"YouReport IT": YouReport IT B.V., based in the Netherlands. "Customer": the legal entity that uses the service. "Service": the YouReport IT SaaS platform including related functionality.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to every agreement between YouReport IT and the Customer. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.
3. The Service
YouReport IT provides an online platform for analyzing and managing Microsoft 365 environments. The Service is delivered "as-a-service" without guarantee of uninterrupted availability, though we target 99.9% uptime.
4. Duration and cancellation
Agreements have a minimum term of one month and are cancellable monthly thereafter with a 30-day notice period. Cancellation via email to info@youreport-it.nl.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are agreed in the quote. Invoicing is monthly in advance with a 14-day payment term. Prices are exclusive of VAT.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the incident. We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits.
7. Data processing
We process personal data as processor on behalf of the Customer. The terms are set out in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), available on request.
8. Intellectual property
All rights to the platform vest in YouReport IT. The Customer receives a non-exclusive right of use for the duration of the agreement.
9. Applicable law
This agreement is governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
