Why we built this
As security engineers working in Microsoft 365 environments, we kept running into the same wall. Information is scattered across six admin portals. Microsoft Secure Score shows a number but not the context. Entra ID has users, Defender has alerts, Purview tracks compliance, and none of them talk to each other.
We tried existing tools. None did everything we needed. Tool A was great at security scans but ignored licenses. Tool B had beautiful reports but no action buttons. Tool C was too expensive and too complex for SMBs.
So we are building YouReport IT.
What it is
One place for insight, actions and monitoring. Built for tech teams who want more than a number on a dashboard. We focus on three groups:
- IT managers who need oversight and accountability
- Security teams who want to work faster through standardization
- MSPs who want to give their clients clarity and reports
Where we are heading in 2026
Four things are on the roadmap this year:
- Tenant status report with a complete overview in one report
- TOPdesk integration for automatic tickets from alerts
- License ordering from the portal via our partner network
- Automation Studio for building your own workflows
